This is a Middle Eastern salmon dish. Very simple and easy to make.
You will need:
For the Salmon:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
1 Salmon rinsed with water ( I like to rinse my meat with water before using it)
1 Sliced lemon
1 Sliced tomato
1 Sliced green pepper
1 Sliced red pepper
2 Sliced big onions
8 cloves of garlic cut
2 TBS. olive oil
Salt and black pepper as desired
for the dip mix together:
4 TBS. Tahini (sesame paste)
1 Lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt (Optional)
Method:
Cover your pan with foil paper and coat it with 1 TBS of olive oil, put the salmon in the pan and brush it with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if you have a full salmon then stuff it with some of the garlic, onions and tomatoes. On the top spread the rest of the veggies and sprinkle some salt and black pepper. make sure to put the lemon slices last on the top. Cover with foil paper and bake in the oven until it is cooked. Offer it with Tabouleh or Greek salad and the dip on the side. Enjoy!
